Steffen holds an MBA. He studied business in Norway, England, Spain & Australia. He has a background from consulting, and spent the last 15 years in the leading Nordic Financial Institutions Danske Capital, Danske Bank and DNB Markets. He specializes in asset and risk management.

If he's not available, he's most likely fly fishing somewhere in Norway.

Even holds an executive MBA from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He studied business in Norway, Spain and Australia. He has previously worked at DNB and DNB Markets.

He is a serial entrepreneur with an international network, and highly technology oriented. On his spare time he enjoys running and kayaking.

Didrik has a broad global background within a wide range of commercial and marketing leader roles. He was previously Global Marketing Director of Carlsberg Group before becoming Vice President Brand Marketing at SAS. He is currently CEO of Sport One Danmark, and lives in Copenhagen.

Didrik enjoys all sorts of sports, especially cross country skiing and running.

Miia holds a PhD in life sciences from UCL, London, UK. A researcher turned investor and strategist, she has for the past eight years worked closely with startups after co-founding Proxy, a brand agency and family office investing into start ups across the Nordics, Europe, UK, and the US. She specialises in research and strategy and has a passion for helping startups raise funding by structuring and advising on their pitch decks.

If she’s not available, she’s most likely scuba diving somewhere in the world to inspect the condition and abundance of sea life.

Tor Oskar holds an Master of Technology (Sivilingeniør), and has a broad experience as a programmer, system architect and project leader. He started his career in the military before he became an system architect at Gard. The last 15 years he has been a consultant within all industries.

When he is not working he is likely to be at sea with his boat.
